Cancellation, returns, refunds and exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your purchase.

If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible so that wherever possible we can do this before despatch for delivery.

On receipt of your purchase, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will exchange it or refund the cost of the item.

Please return the item using Royal Mail Standard delivery, including original tags, to us securely using the original packaging that it was sent in, or using equal quality packaging, within 14 days of the date when the item was delivered to you.

Please include proof of purchase and a completed returns & cancellation form (this is included in your original parcel along with the goods and despatch note). Please contact us if you wish to return goods and have lost this form, or wish to use an alternative carrier to Royal Mail.

Please be aware that we will not refund your return postage costs in any other circumstance other than an item has been proved to be faulty or if we have sent you the wrong order. We will refund this return cost up to the standard Royal Mail delivery postage rate charged when you bought the goods (£1.50 flat rate).

You are advised to get proof of postage and keep it safe for future reference if necessary. Products are returned at your own risk and we will not be held liable for lost or damaged parcels.

If non-faulty

On return of your returned item, proof of purchase and form, as a long as the item(s) are in good, unused condition we will refund the relevant amount or send you an exchange if requested.

We may make a deduction from the refund to reflect loss in value of the item(s), if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.  

Any refund will be to the card on which you made the original payment as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 of the date we received the returned items from you. 

If you request an exchange we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible and if the item is out of stock/ unavailable then we will contact you by telephone or email to arrange a suitable alternative or refund.

Exchanges will be for items of equal or lesser value than your original item.

Postage to you for exchanged items will not be charged. This will only apply on the first time when a replacement item(s) is requested.  If a subsequent request is made to replace the replaced item, we reserve the right to request additional postage costs from you before the item is despatched

If considered faulty or not as ordered

Please return as soon as possible and within 30 days to claim a full refund. On receipt of your returned item, proof of purchase and returns form, and we agree that the item(s) is faulty or not as ordered then we will refund you as soon as possible on the card which was used to make the original purchase, and within 30 days. Please refer to return postage information above.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.
