Our story

Oceanrocks® - celebrate your love affair with the coast

OCEANROCKS® celebrates our love affair with the seaside, coast and water.

Whether it’s enjoying a family beach holiday, catching a wave for the first time, relaxing at a seaside bar or barbecue, discovering a dazzling seashell or catching sight of a dolphin or seal.

we’re a new family-run small business based on the jurassic coast in sunny dorset, south-west england

And there’s nothing that we love more than getting out and about on the coast, being by the seaside or exploring our ocean surroundings with friends and family.

We reckon loads of other people feel just like we do – be they coastal natives, happy visitors or ocean obsessives.

OCEANROCKS® being by the sea just feels good

Whether it’s getting stuck into water-sports, sunbathing on the sands, kicking-back after dark or digging out a fossil, rock-pooling and tucking into fish & chips by the harbour.

It might just mean wrapping-up warm on the beach with a hot chocolate as the summer sun goes down or watching waves crash ashore during majestic winter storms on the Jurassic Coast.

The rocks and the ocean that shapes them make up the stunning playground for us to enjoy a shared love of the coast.

OCEANROCKS® says simply how we feel

OCEANROCKS t-shirts and tops aim to capture that seaside feeling, and let you declare your allegiance for the coast – saying something about you and how you feel.

Featuring stunning Jurassic Coast-inspired designs, our t-shirts and tops are organic, ethically produced and eco-friendly.

We’re working with responsible partners because we want to minimise our impact on the environment and be fair to the people and producers who make our garments.

Our T-Shirts are made from organic cotton which is better for the people who make them and for the people who wear them. We support the Jurassic Coast Trust—guardians of Britain’s first UN natural World Heritage Site.

Hey everybody meet Matt... He just made our day. Matt's OCEANROCKS T-shirt made it all the way to the Yucatan in Mexico - home to many other UNESCO World Heritage Sites. And a stone's throw from where the massive meteor struck which is claimed to have wiped out the dinosuars. Matt's a local boy now living in the states so it's great to see him sporting a t-shirt from back home. Thanks to Matt for emailing the picture in (and grandmother Jean for picking it up an OCEANROCKS event). We know our t-shirts make it all around the world as awesome momentos of the Jurassic Coast. They've gone everywhere from the Antarctic Survey, Australia and New Zealand to Hong Kong, Alaska, the USA and all over Europe! We'd love to see more pictures so please post on our Facebook page or email 'em in to hello@oceanrocks.co.uk
